Together we grow in God's love, learning to be the best we can be.
Welcome to the Friends of St. Joseph's (FOSJ) - the Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
On these pages you will everything you need to know about the FOSJ’s including:
Please take a moment to have a read through and find out more about some of the things we do. We are responsible each year for running a number of fun social events including Quiz Nights, Children’s Film Evenings, a Christmas and Summer Fair to name but a few!
Through these great social events that bring our school, and often the wider community, together we manage to raise valuable funds, which are used to support our children’s learning and education.
There are lots of ways you can get involved with the FOSJ from supporting the set up of an event or running a stall through to taking on one of the roles on our committee. Our aim is to get as many parents and carers involved as possible. This matters as we want the FOSJ to feel and work like a strong community where everyone plays a part. It can also be a really rewarding way to give back and make a difference to the school.
In past years money raised by the FOSJ has helped to fund outdoor play equipment and a fab new stage and lights in the hall.
We are currently asking both children and parents/carers for ideas about what they would like money raised for next.
We’d love to hear from you if you have any ideas or would like to get involved.
