Payments

Our Online Payment service is called ‘School Gateway’. You will be able to make online payments for trips, milk, breakfast and afterschool clubs and school uniform via the School Gateway smartphone app or website.

School Gateway enables parents to pay any time 24-7 and reduce the amount of cash being carried by children on the school premises. Please note that there is a minimum payment amount of £10.00.

What you need to do now

Activate your School Gateway account. It’s quick and easy to do. All you need are the email address and mobile number that school holds on record for you.

Download the app: If you have a smartphone, please download School Gateway from your app store (Android and iPhone). The app shows the same information as the website.

OR

Visit the website: www.schoolgateway.com and click on ‘New User’. You’ll receive a text message with a PIN number. Use this PIN to log into School Gateway.

If you’re having trouble logging in, it may be because the school doesn’t have your correct email address and mobile phone number on record as the main contact. Please email us at diary@stjosephs255.herts.sch.uk and we’ll update the details on our system.

Caterlink Dinner Money Payments 

You can pay for your child's school dinners on Caterlink by clicking the following link

If you are visiting the system for the first time, you will need to create a new account.  To do this click “Register a new account” and enter your child’s Individual Student ID (SIM) and last name (available from the school office). Upon doing this, the system will confirm back to you, your child’s first name and school. If this is correct you will then be required to enter a number of other details to create the account. 

Once the account is created you can log on and top up your child’s account at any time. Please note you can only create one account per child and if you have more than one child at the school, you will need to create one account for each child. If you claim free school meals for your child you will not need to register, your child’s account will be credited automatically.  There is a minimum payment of £10.00.
