How to Book

All must be made online via SchoolGateway app or website (see link above).  

You can check the availability of Club sessions and then make your payment. You will also be able to see the bookings you have already made.  Bookings will not be accepted on paper or via telephone.  Parents are advised to make bookings as early as possible to ensure your child's place.

You must pay online via School Gateway by instant bank transfer, debit or credit card or childcare voucher payments. Your bookings are not secured until the payment has been received.

When paying by childcare vouchers, please email your remittance advice slip to diary@stjosephs255.herts.sch.uk

Changes to bookings can be made and you can still have credits for sessions that are cancelled with more than 24 hours notice via email.
