Our school is a Voluntary-Aided School, which means the Governors have responsibility for admissions to the school. In order to apply for a place in Nursery or Reception, you will need to complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and provide a 'Certificate of Catholic Practice' from your Priest (if applicable) in addition to the standard application form from Hertfordshire County Council. You can download the additional forms below, and once completed, they should be returned to the school office by the closing date of application in the academic year prior to the child starting either Nursery or Reception.
Please note: a place at Nursery DOES NOT guarantee a place in Reception and separate applications must be made. Please also remember to complete the Local Authority application.
We welcome applications to our School Reception class starting September 2020. This process is for children who were born between 1st September 2015 and 31st August 2016.
The application process opens on Tuesday 5th November 2019. Please complete our supplementary information form and return to the school office by 15th January 2020.
You must also apply online at Hertfordshire Admissions www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/admissions

To assist you in working out whether you are 'living within the Parish' or 'living outside the Parish' please see below information on Parish Boundaries.
The Parish of the Immaculate Conception and St. Joseph’s includes:
The eight Civil Parishes of Hertford, Hertford Heath, Bayford, Bramfield, Brickendon Liberty, Hertingfordbury, Little Berkhampstead and Stapleford. Those parts of Bengeo and Sacombe Civil Parishes west of the A602. That part of Stanstead St Margarets Civil Parish west of the A10. All in East Herts District.
Note: By agreement between Hertford and Ware Parishes, and with the consent of the Diocese, the A 10 becomes the boundary between the parishes from where it crosses the River Lea Navigation to where it meets Hoddesdon Parish Boundary opposite Dells Wood and midway between the Hertford Road and Hailey Lane crossings.
