Together we grow in God's love, learning to be the best we can be.
Pope Francis Liturgy
We held a brief liturgy to reflect on the very sad news of the passing of Pope Francis. Parents and teachers lit candles during our moment of quiet reflection and prayer. We finished with the 'Song of Hope' to remind us that Pope Francis chose hope to be our theme for this Jubilee year and would want us to continue to be hopeful, even during this dark time. Thank you to all who joined us during this moving reflection.
Thank you so much for the donations for the local food bank, and for joining us during our Harvest liturgy. We had a fantastic turnout and the children were proud to share their work.
Each week, pupils take it in turns to plan and lead our act of worship. Here are some photos from the year 2 class. The children choose how we gather, the scripture we read and how we respond to what we have heard. They also set up our focal point.
We celebrated the feast day of St Francis of Assisi on Friday 4th October with a beautiful liturgy. Thank you to year 6 for leading it and to the parents who joined us.
Fr Seamus led us in our 2024/25 Welcome Mass. It was wonderful to see so many parents and Carers in attendance
